Where creativity meets clarity, and vision meets action.

Driven by curiosity and built on purpose, this is where bold thinking meets thoughtful execution. Let’s create something meaningful together.

Fundraising can pull an organization in too many directions — especially when you're balancing programs, staff, board expectations, and community needs.

Torrey Androski works alongside nonprofit leaders in the Greater Boston area to strengthen every level of individual giving — from annual fund and leadership gifts to major donor strategy. She brings more than twenty years of hands-on development experience, not a playbook from a large firm.

Services

Interim Development Leadership

When your development director leaves, momentum doesn't have to. Torrey steps in to keep donor relationships moving and major gift activity on track — while strengthening the systems and strategy that set your next permanent hire up for success.

Ongoing Consultation & Coaching

Torrey provides one-on-one coaching for development directors and major gift officers — helping them think strategically about their portfolios and build confidence in donor conversations. She also works with executive directors and boards to strengthen fundraising culture across the organization.

Assessments & Strategic Planning

Before you can raise more, you need an honest picture of where you stand. Torrey conducts development program evaluations, providing a clear-eyed look at your staffing, systems, donor pipeline, and organizational readiness. Then, she delivers a practical roadmap your team can act on.

About Torrey

Torrey Androski has spent twenty-five years in nonprofit fundraising — building individual giving programs, managing donor portfolios, leading teams, and making asks. At Tufts University, she played a key leadership role in the $1.5 billion Brighter World campaign, personally raising over $20 million for civic engagement and arts education. Her career has spanned education, community health, social services, journalism, and the arts in the Boston area and Washington, D.C.

If you're running a nonprofit with a small development team — or no dedicated fundraising staff at all — you shouldn't have to figure this out from scratch. The systems and strategies that drive results at larger institutions can work for you too, scaled to fit your budget and your team. That's what Torrey's practice is built around. She spent years inside those organizations, and she brings what actually works to the table — without the overhead.

Ask anyone who's worked with her and they'll tell you: Torrey will give you an honest assessment, a clear plan, and the tools to execute it. She's not going to hand you a binder and walk away. When she coaches development directors and major gift officers, the goal is to teach you how to do it well and build the systems that make it stick. And when your team doesn't yet have the capacity, she'll step in and do the work until you do.

Torrey lives in the Boston area with her family. Come see her at AFP’s Fundarising Day in Boston on March 30, 2026.
